The competition for Canadian Blog Awards is on for 2010 and Pulpit and Politics is one of 16 blogs to be nominated in the Politics category. This is a good-natured affair and there is no monetary prize — just some recognition among other bloggers and an opportunity to introduce readers to a growing number of Canadian blog writers.
All votes in this first round must be in by 12 Noon on Sunday, October 17. If you enjoy reading Pulpit and Politics I would ask that you vote for it.
It’s easy to do. Just double click here on Best Political Blog 2010 and when the page for Best Political Blog pops up you can check off Pulpit and Politics.
You can also vote for a second choice. There are good blogs here but being a bit of a political junkie I like Pundit’s Guide, a complete source for news on political nominations, elections and a lot more.
Once you have made your choices, just click on the blue VOTE sign at the bottom of the page and you are done.
The five blogs receiving the most votes among the 16 will then move on to a second round of voting later on until final winners are chosen.
Pulpit and Politics won Canadian blog awards in both 2008 and 2009.
So, if you wish to vote, please do so before Sunday, October 17.
You have my vote Dennis. I love your blog.
Dennis replies: Thanks so much. I enjoy researching and writing it.  Â
